An easy form of TaiChi? Yes, indeed! This ancient exercise has been called "meditation in motion" by some and "medication in motion" by others for its vast health benefits including: lowering blood pressure, improving balance, reducing anxiety, improving sleep, reducing pain from many causes.
Come learn these 5 forms as well as basic breathing techniques, self-applied massages (acupressure points as well as the organs and meridian channels of your body) and meditation.
Wear comfortable clothing. You may wish to wear soft shoes or be barefoot. This class will be held outdoors unless we have inclement weather.
