Tai Chi Easy training blends simple Qigong techniques including breathing and self-massage with carefully chosen Tai Chi movements. Help yourself manage stress, improve sleep, balance and stamina. This is ideal for anyone - no experience needed - all abilities welcome! We will be meeting outside, weather permitting.
In case of inclement weather, we'll meet inside at location.
Dress comfortably in easy moving clothing. You can bring a lawn chair, mat or blanket if desired.
